James Oram, 31, who lives at Galmpton, has just been recruited as a specialist commercial property solicitor. He grew up in Kingskerswell, went to Torquay Boys Grammar School, did his law degree and legal practice at Exeter University. He worked for over seven years in the legal department of Torbay Council and with another Devon-based major law firm.
